“Web 2.0” is a catch phrase you’ve
most likely seen, read about or
heard about over the past 6 months.
But what is it?
You’ll hear different explainations
and analysis about this buzz phrase.
Some use the term when referring
to the design of a website in which
a “Web 2.0” design will typically
appear as bold, easy-to-follow, clear
navigation options, low (or no) use
of flash animation and more. Others
may use “Web 2.0” when referring to
the information architecture of a
website as being very clear and
audience driven. Or, some may
refer to a website’s functionalities
and how they enable visitors or
an organizations staff the ability to
engage and transact online.
